Tim Hill, President and Owner
Tim founded Source Logistics in 2002 to provide dedicated food distribution to the correctional industry. Prior to starting Source Logistics Tim worked his way up through the ranks starting as a driver to the President of a hundred million dollar logistics company providing food distribution to the country largest retailer.
With 30 plus years of transportation experience he understands the needs of both shippers and receivers. His experience and understanding of the industry sets the primary value of the company and that is to provide unsurpassed customer satisfaction.
Charlotte Harper, Operation Manager and Fleet Manager
Charlotte has over 30 years of transportation experience and over 20 years working alongside Tim Hill. Charlotte understand the needs and prides herself in providing the highest level of customer service to both our external customers and her internal customers, that being her drivers and coworkers.
Debbie has spent the majority of her career working for the Hill family starting her career with Tim’s father as a customer service representative for one of the largest poultry processor. Later on in her career she followed the Hill family into the transportation industry. Debbie has 25 years’ experience in the transportation and her number one priority is taking care of her customers and drivers.
Lacy Sweet, Fleet Manager
Lacy is the newest member of our operation team as our Fleet Manager based in Lafayette, IN. While she is new to our company she is not new to the transportation industry. Lacy has worn many hats in the transportation industry starting out dispatching hazmat tankers, managing drivers for a large fleet based in Indiana, safety department, and warehouse management. Lacy shares the same values of customer service that has made Source Logistics a leader in the transportation industry.
Danielle Butts, Customer Service
Danielle has been with Source Logistics since we started and works closely with our major customer and our Fleet Managers to insure that we exceed their expectations which is “on time every time”. She is also know around the office as the cake lady, she makes a killer Italian Wedding cake as well as a fantastic cheese cake.
Kim Hill, Director of Safety & Driver Recruiting
Kim started in the transportation industry in 1974. Over the years he has been involved in many aspects of the business. Kim started his career in the warehouse loading trucks and has worked his way through many areas of the transportation industry including driving giving him a good understanding of the life of a driver. For the past 15 years his focus has been on fleet and driver safety and driver recruitment. Kim is a true driver’s advocate and looks after one of most important asset, our drivers
Karla Johnson, Controller/Accounting
Karla has been involved in the administrative department of transportation for over 20 years. Her expertise in all area of accounting and driver payroll guarantees at our drivers are getting paid correctly and timely. While she is behind the scene she is a valuable assets of our team.
